Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any item that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished, click on the “Checkout” button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and A & D Fasteners LLP until an invoice is sent by email to you from us.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:

If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

Shipping and Handling

Delivery is free on all orders over £50 net to UK Mainland Addresses 

For all orders under £8 net, there is a £2.50 plus Vat charge for postage and packing to UK Mainland Addresses

For all orders over £8 net and under £50 net there is a £5.50 plus Vat courier charge to UK Mainland addresses. Please contact us for delivery costs and times to other destinations.

All orders are either shipped via Fed Ex Express courier service or by Royal Mail 1st Class post.  Each consignment despatched by courier will have its own unique number for tracking the progress of the delivery which will be emailed to you at the time of despatch.

 

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed ( Monday – Friday) Fed Ex Express will normally deliver your order to you by 5.30pm the day after despatch. The consignment will require a signature on delivery. A neighbour can sign for this on your behalf, this must be stated at the point of order.  Orders despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post should usually be with you within 1-2 days after the date of despatch.

 

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order the item for you. Back orders will be despatched at no extra cost when the item is back in stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Tax Charges

All prices are plus Vat at 20%. A full Vat invoice will be sent with the goods.

 

Credit Card Security

We understand that you may have concerns about ordering online. However, we pride ourselves on offering our customers a safe, secure environment to order online from. This is why we use Paypal credit card processing services.

All our payment providers use secure servers with industry standard encryption to ensure your payment details are safe and secure.  All Paypal transactions are subject to the Paypal privacy policy.

 

Privacy Policy

A & D Fasteners LLP do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

  • Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns

 

A & D Fasteners LLP are committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. Returns are accepted for goods supplied incorrectly or if a quality issue if found – customers must contact us via telephone or email to obtain a returns number and to arrange replacements before returning an item.

If you decide to return goods that have been correctly supplied by us the following applies:

You must contact us by telephone or email to obtain a returns number. No item will be accepted without a valid returns number shown on the package

Full credit will be given for the product provided they are in new – unused condition and in the sealed original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and should ensure they are securely packaged and that a proof of delivery is obtained. We recommend sending items back by recorded delivery, as no credit can be issued until we receive the returned goods.

Full credit will be given for the product only. No credit can be issued for any shipping charges.

If goods are purchased by debit/credit card, refunds can only be credited to the same card.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless goods have been supplied in error.
