Delivery

We take orders for UK Mainland only, using Royal Mail or Fedex.

There is a delivery charge of £3.50 for all order totals of £8 net or below, and a charge of £5.50 for orders over £8 net. We offer FREE delivery for orders totalling £50 net or more.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed due to stock levels but we aim to dispatch all orders up to 1 working day after an order is made on our website (Monday - Friday).

If your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order the item for you.  Back orders will be despatched at no extra cost when the item is back in stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns 

A & D Fasteners LLP are committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service.  Returns are accepted for goods supplied incorrectly or if a quality issue is found - If you would like to return your order, please contact us to arrange this.

If you decide to return goods that have been correctly supplied by us the following applies:

• Full credit will be given for the product provided they are in new - unused condition and in the sealed original packaging.
• The Customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and should ensure they are securely packaged and that a proof of delivery is obtained, no credit can be issued until we receive the returned goods.
• Full credit will be given for the product only.  No credit can be issued for any shipping charges.
• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless goods have been supplied in error.
• Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, as after that we cannot offer a refund.
