Stainless steel low head cap screws with an internal torx drive, made of A2 304 stainless steel material to ISO 14580 with a metric thread. This is a cap screw with a recessed hexalobular torx drive also known as a star drive or 6 lobe, and a reduced head height for space conservation purposes. A torx key is required to fit these screws and gives a more secure drive allowing for more torque. Cap screws are commonly used in assemblies that don't provide sufficient clearance for a conventional wrench or spanner and the low profile head of these screws make them ideal for low clearance applications.
